Had the same situation yesterday morning. It looks like mine was a buyer from the UK that was visiting relatives in the US and purchased my item. Just wait until PayPal gives you thumbs up to ship.

No, but I've shipped numerous USPS Express International to Australia and have been refunded the $44 fee for the 10 day guaranteed delivery refund.

What am I missing here? You listed an item, it sold, the buyer paid, buyer supplied drivers license, address matches PayPal. WTF is the buyer to do? Put your big boy pants on and ship the item. ...

Send the buyer an email and try to work things out. If you can't work things out have the buyer ship them back and refund their PayPal.

All you need to do is buy a pack of Avery letter size label sheets. Print out sheets of labels to whatever address, then after you print you shipping labels at eBay, place a sticker over the return...

I've never had to go thru database questions, ever. When responding to these take downs I always click choose other problem, then account - Suspension or Restriction, then click ask them to call me.
