I usually email Amazon 100/110 days after initial block and receive the monies...

I think so as one of mine is working which must be a different server. 11 of them must be in the UK.

Same here mate, 11 accounts and unable to reply to customer emails within 24 hours. Panicking is a understatement.

Been 5 hours since I reported it, they said 6-8 hours so fingers crossed it works...
