is neteller a UK processor?

vanillas (and all other usa gift cards) MUST be spent with a USA merchant

yup. PNC has the virtual wallet which includes 3 account numbers per every wallet opened.

its usually better to just add the new bank and wait to remove the old

you wont be able to reuse bank info once its linked up to any account, unless youre ok with being linked and wasting a lot of...
