Not true. Multiple users can share the same IP at the same time .. that said. The chances of it happening to the same person with IP range as big as a network providers is very slim .. further on...

Luck you confirmed your card you should be able to automatically withdraw after 180 days accounts with unconfirmed accounts they still don't release it. Robbing scumbags

Just a word of hope for anyone in a similiar. I pointed out to paypal that the buyer had admited to it working fine and it being over a month. Paypal decided in my favor!
