It's tricky, I personally don't appeal restricted accounts, but if you have the "government issued ID" - which would be needed for paypal sooner or later, along with other necessary documents...

lol you can provide them a "Certificate of assumed name" if you are willing to try that. and the holder of the assumed name/fictitious name could be an LLC and hope they dont look too far into it.
