its not a crack down it was a 14 DAY stop & search everything... there only checking to make sure the correct duty is being paid on items.
I had a item come in on May 1st and i will be receiving it tomorow (May 28th)...
ALL items that came in between May 1st - May 14th are being held and opened and searched and you will either get a customs charge, a letter asking for a correct invoice or if all is legit... it will be released with out charges, but just be patiant and it will go thru... unless it is something well dodgey lol

Mine hasnt moved yet either from received an process , whats in my parcel is abit dodgy but its been goin through for the past year with no problems once a week had one opened once too but still received it no problems. this is longest time ever i have waited and i have no money to pay bills rent loans till it lands at my door :( PF single handedly making me fall flat on my face with no back up plans :deadhorse:

I'm really sorry to hear that mate. Mine too is on 'recieved and processed'. What date was yours recieved and processed?

hi new to this site i also have on recieved and processed arrived uk 13th and recieved and processed on 16th so in same boat . i also had same package same weight same day go through straight away but this one didnt . Do you all feel it ok to send now if only stopping 1may to 14th. Thanks

On the 18th it was received an processed, 14th was awaitin clearance, still says ' in progress ' PF would of been informed by now if it was seized wouldn't they ? This month just a bad time to order goods eh haha, my suppliers if need be should re-send it back out if it does end up stopped hopefully

Mine arrived in the country on the 13th and has been stuck on recieved and processed since the 16th, so 2 days before you. I will let you know when my clears and then you will probs have to add 2 days onto that to have a rough estimate to when yours will. But your right, I think if they were going to be seized or even charged we would have known my now. Hopefully we make a clean getaway from customs lol.

Yeah hopefully, ive been getting the same thing for a year every couple weeks ive had it opened once but they havent broken the foil pack which the reasearch chemicals are in , they always put documents inside which make it look legit enough lol

well the first package what landed here mine was 20th, mine was after 14th may so why is it mine is still been held? is due to the backlog?

I'm also waiting for a rather large parcel from Japan and it is taking FOREVER! :( I called customs this morning who confirmed that it cleared customs midday on Sunday 27/5, and it's now with Parcelforce. So I called Parcelforce who insist that customs still have it. Argh it's driving me mad!

Okay another update - I rang our local Parcelforce depot and the lady advised that my parcel is due to arrive at their depot tonight between 10pm and midnight (don't know how she knows this). Keeping my fingers crossed that they're not feeding me a load of bull...

Right something really odd has happened on mine. My tracking info is all the same still and has not updated in almost 2 weeks BUT the 'last tracked at' has changed from international hub to national hub! But nothing on any tracking info says national hub. I've never seen anything like this before. Anyone here have a clue about this?

serious mate i dont think anyone as a clue, i mean ems parcelforce, i think its gone a little tits up with all the delays and things and the tracking as gone loopie lol

Right! the new 'national hub' info is now on the tracker! :) It says it has been recieved and processed in national hub at 21.41! I'm so happy this means it should arrive tomoro :) I'm presuming it has cleared customs and all charges fine! Just for the record my parcel was a 'dodgy' watch. so if this has gone through then there's no reason other 'non-legit' items shouldn't (within reason.)

i got two parcels today, they got here in the uk on the 24/05/2012, but i have gad others which came before them and still say "below" not a clue why maybe my others where seized not sure.

As annoying as it is I think you will just have to give it time mate. Mine landed in the country 10 days before yours and it has just reached national hub now! Give yours 10 more days before worrying about seizures and charges.

Yeah i am thinking the same, i think there backlogged with loads lol, mine are like a few days behind yours so hopefully they will get though £££££££££££ lol

Yh there's definately a backlog without a doubt but I hope they come through fine for you mate. I'll update tomoro when/if I recieve my parcel if it looks like it has been opened or not.

Just to say that my parcel has arrived. Even though it has been sitting in customs for 17 days, in no way shape or form has it been opened or even chucked about. The packaging is in amazing condition, there was no charges at all and everything worked out just fine for me. I wish everyone the best of luck. Keep the hope no matter how bad things seem at the time. I am 100% sure that my parcel would have been seized if it was opened, but after 17 days there it was untouched! Good luck everyone!

Ive emailed my suppliers and asked me to re-send it cause maybe it has been stopped god knows, i made the mistake of ringing up last week when they asked me what was in it i just blurted out something random and put the phone down, will this probably get my items seized ? whats in it isn't exactly legit haha

If the customs seized our parcels, we shall receive some kind of letter to inform us. It's impossible of our parcels being destroyed without any advance notice. Is that right?

Currently some of our customers are experiencing delays in receiving their parcels from overseas. Due to the specific nature of the work the customs authorities needs to perform on International postal traffic this can often result in a delay, particularly where an item is subject to Customs fiscal control or inspection for Prohibitions.



Both Parcelforce & Border Force recognises the issue and we are working together with UK Border Force to keep the delays to a minimum and ensure normal service is resumed as soon as possible

Finally, I receive my parcel today.I am in London. It had been opened and checked by the UK customs, but finally didn't charge me. My parcel is 12kg, just for personal use.

Ive still got the same received and processed international hub on the 18th may , terrible service, ive had more sent with a different name address but it is only a fraction of what my order was , now ill have to build back up business with it , and hope for this to come eventually

i have same news "received and processed international hub", i have had another 6 parcels sent after the few which are still in customs and i have already received them. i think with all the reading i have done from a certain start date (approx 1st may) to end date (approx 22nd may) a big selection of parcels have got some kind of special treatment "customs charges" checked etc, and that's why there is a hold up because there getting prepared for the Olympic games or have wanted to say "look we are doing are jobs lol" i'm still not worrying at all i think there is just a back log and hoping in the next few days for my status to change..

one of my parcel is still on ( received and processes ) since 21/05/2012.

I called Parcel force a few time ,but they said its customs whos delaying this parcels.

I rang my local parcelforce depot today and they said i have to pay £30.50 to get my parcel released and sent to me bullsh*t

had update on mine been released by customs today after being in there since 21st it was released without charges which is good i am glad finally i will get it tomorrow
