Now mate wat u order pm if required urs seems to come from same area as mineblongvshot bu t just wondering

thats long time m8 waiting for 2 parcels came in on 12/6 one showing as held other one showing process

mines still on received n processed from 18th may :/

woah some serious delays happening man

o yeah and i should probably add mine is vero??? take it i have lost the packages??

has anyone else got this?? " information needed from addressee" im guessing this is bad??

Depending on what is in it and if its opened, you should receive it. My parcel from china took 6 weeks, it was awaiting customs clearance for 3 weeks, parcelforce customer service said they are checking every item from china which i dont believe as there's not enough staff to do that but i think the backlog of bank holiday plus olympics slowness you could be waiting up to 6 weeks but you will get the parcel. I thought mine had been open and seized but 3 weeks later it turned up unopened, no charges on it.....was pleasantly suprised.

guess im now playing the waiting game too :-(, i have been doing this 5-6 years now, never seen anything like this

its just the "International Hub Awaiting clearance - information needed from addressee" that worries me, as i did a google search and this could mean they are sending me a letter and holding the box?? did any of yous have this on your parcel froce tracking too????

my first parcel Status has changed from Held to process


my second parcel Status In progress Expected delivery date 19-06-2012

when spoke PF they said that the parcel will go to one off there depot in oxford then to me in HP12

i have 4 parcels from 20/5/2012 waiting at customs saying ,
"International Hub Awaiting Customs clearance" or either
"International Hub Received and processed"
also 2 more from 10/6/2012, saying same things lol, this is just a big problem,
all saying status: In progress
not received 1 letter saying seized or anything what is up lol? is it a waiting game or what?

Hi they need your address confirmation they will send you latter regarding this or you can ring them :)

Oh my god ... this is spooky re Johnboyz26 Look at my tracking details below they are near identical , especially on the 15th June !!

Anyway i rang Parcelforce this morning . After the woman said it was at customs , i said was only ringing about the info required from addressee part , and she said she could not see that detail from her end on her computer , and that it would probably clear from Customs in a few days . So i think it just a waiting game now . The reason i think mine has been held is that it ways 8KG approx so its pretty bulky .
Got 2 smaller parcels through with no problems the start of last week

ahhh nightmare, i had a big package get through no problems last week. but now 2 small packages are stuck im not odering anything until after the olympics. serious pain, i have finally mastered making rock solid uk amazon selling accounts and now i cant get any stock in, LOL TYPICAL. i also spoke to my supplier and they said it will be fine its the olympics holding it up

yup looks like we have to wait, pray, hope!!!!!!

just to let you know my second parcel i this morning and it was not opened just wait for first one both came into uk at same time

dam not looking good for me!!!
 

just got this email from PF, look like my goods are gone!!! nightmare will keep you posted how it goes, always the way, no money to pay rent and can get any goodies in to sell,

You should have received a letter asking you to contact our clearing agents UPS about the item. It's likely that they will either need a declaration of contents or an invoice of value for the item.

Personally if it was me and I knew its something that's iffy in my parcel the information they requesting from you I wouldn't reply u cud be getting your self shot

Cutting your losses is worth it some times

Now pal what date was yours waiting at received and from just out of interest

mines been at "received and processed" since 13th june......was in customs clearance for 5 days before that...im hoping that means its on its way 2 me!

ooo i just telephoned them, it has cleared customs, he said its on its the way to the national hub then said it should be sent out to me tonight or tomorrow.....im quite sure it will be in the national hub for a few days though so i think maybe the customer service guy was fibbing just to keep me happy......spose bit more patience....!

got letter, look like they are just wanting to make some money of us!!!!

they want to find out the real value of the items, and charge vat/import tax

which i think is about 30 percent of the total amount!!!

i think its time i moved house pronto.

its say if you send in the detials and they ok it you simply go to nearest post office and pay the bill then they release the items,

could we be paying for all the overtime required to find all the ⊗⊗⊗⊗ olympics gear coming in????

when i phoned i somtimes get a guy called james at PF who allway told me that the parcel has been sent back to china when i knew was not true:laugh:

JUST SO YOU know one mines passed customs was there 21 days

I should hopefully get it soon the one that's passed is one that was sent second
They may be working backwards if that makes sense

vero mean illegal goods on ebay vero team will take you down if you sell illegal goods,

yeah im not really worried about this, they are hunting down ⊗⊗⊗⊗ olympics gear and making the papers!!! and chagingus non olympic gear guys.... after the olympics this should all pass by.... i hope

I've had two parcels to my freinds address in the past 2weeks come fine. Took 2days to clear customs, I'm waitiin on a reply now for the one from may, I contacted them 3times prior and they said customs still had it and this time they haven't said customs have got it? Hopefully it will be good news haha

so do you think its just that they are tracking address of the regular importers??? then???

re johnboyz26 i got the same letter as you , its pretty much a seizure letter as the invoice from sender wont match the value customs think the item should me so i wouldnt even send it back , just let them dispose of the items after 30 days .
Mine was heavy at 8kg which is why they stopped mine . Explained to my regular seller what happened and they are re-sending the full batch by DHL so should receive by the weekend . Not getting by EMS again its too slow anyways compared to DHL
