Ebay case?

What will happen if I leave it to be escalated? My paypal is negative -300, but I tried paying it and it won't work I don't know if its because my ebay is suspended. What will happen if I leave the ebay to issue the refund?

I get that error when I try to refund through the resolution center. I deleted the email associated with that paypal so Im going to re-add the email to paypal and maybe that will work.

That ebay is already done, but im asking.

So I tried refunding with the ebay case and it did not let me. I logged into my paypal and the case was removed and holds were removed from paypal so weird. Anybody knows what happened? Probably because that email does not exist anymore?
