I believe you are not truly contacting apple but this security firm that represents apple. Im saying this because I know of this company and others they represent. I agree with you 100% with the nature of what should and should not be done with the listing Im just saying a firm pulled the listing not actually Apple..haha do you agree? | No, that firm is acting as APPLE's agent. It has full authority under the aegis of APPLE's instructions to agents to deal with infringement of the IP rights of APPLE.

Thats the way it works,,,Companies enter into contracts with Various firms to Protect their Copyrights, logos, ect, ect,, These. firms Normally are Law firms, but sometimes they are Security or Research firms, but the 1 thing that they have in common is that they have the Manufactures Blessing to act on their behalf,,
An Example is P90X as was mentioned above, Beachbody owns P90X, but the Law firm of Johnson & Pham is Contracted By Beachbody to Enforce their Intelectual Property, (Copyrights, Logo's, ect, ect),,So if you try to List P90X on Ebay it is Johnson & Pham NOT Beachbody who will send you the VERO Notice,
Do a Google search on Intelectual Property and see how many Law firms come up

I understand the whole trademark issue and apple's rights but I just wanna make it clear that the product I was selling was not in any way counterfeit or a replica of any brand name product. My listing had absoultely nothing wrong with it from what I can see apart from using the terms 'iphone' and 'for apple'. I was just confused and shocked when I read that they claimed my product is f***

Man you Just DO NOT GET IT,,,,Let me Put it to you Bluntly,,,,
If the Company that made the Stickers that you were selling was NOT approved by APPLE,,,then you Stickers are COUNTERFEIT,,,and therefore you have Nothing Else to say,,Man up and Take it,,,END OF THREAD
If your supplier is approved by Apple,,then Your solution is VERY Simple,,,Get in touch with Apple,,,Tell them the Name and Contact information of the Company that you are dealing with,,and ALL of this Goes AWAY,,APPLE will instruct Ebay to Clear your account,,,,
What part of this do you NOT Understand??? I will Endeavor to Explain Further,,,

No, Not Really,,,It could be that whoever was in charge of the Apples Intellectual Property enforcement was concentrating on Stickers that Day, maybe Phone Cases Tommorow, Chargers the Day after that, ect, ect,
You have to remember that there are THOUSANDS of listings that these people Sift through,,and believe me there are NOT that many perple who do the Sifting,,less than 10 People Id bet,,It can get Expensive for Companies.
It can also be Possible that Apple has Another Contract with another unrelated company to Protect their Intelectual Property that surrounds the Ipad,,,
In any case someone will at some point get you for the iPads as well,,,It is just that the Listings for this Type of Stuff is STAGGERING,,thats why Some sellers get away with it for YEARS
