My problem is that I cannot keep the same IP. My ISP dynamically changes it so every time I log in our out I get a different address. The IP changing is not an issue as long as it was not used on one of your other accounts, I use a different ip every log in and like I said I rarely have any issues with PayPal ,
I have a two month old account where I just added 2 prepaid debit cards and a real bank account confirmed all 3 no issues, 1 when I created the account and the other 2 just a few days ago
The account is 2 months old and I made 3 withdrawals also in one day, I like to do small withdrawals just more in one day, I do not like withdrawing more than $150 at a time, the other day I withdrew $450 but did it with 3 transactions spaced out over one day and all 3 were around $150, I always do like odd numbers like 143.27 or 147.29, maybe more superstition , but I been operating for over two years many paypal accounts with almost no issues
