You could escalate the claim with eBay, if they give you the option to, and they will deal it with it appropriately and on time. Generally speaking, in such instances where a buyer is returning the item, eBay will give them time (usually 14 days or depending on your listing terms) to return the item. If you have not received the items within a given period you can escalate the claim and eBay will take it from there. They usually respond and close the case within 24-48 hours. Hope this helps.
