Default When should I expect ebay's respond after sending a documents?

My ebay is not suspended. But they requested documents from me because my date of birth is not match with Paypal.

I just send them documents a few days ago. I want to know how long they will contact me back if they will remove the limit on my account or decide to suspend my account? Is it too long like 2 weeks? or just a few days?

No less than 1 week from all of my experiences. Any faster than that and consider yourself lucky.

time varies for each application.

those 'OK' are quick to get a response.

those not 'OK' can & do take longer

Have you made sure to write done ALL your info for the future? Can be careless with errors like non matching DOBs

Thanks you all for reply.

The length you all mentioned is including Saturday, Sunday or only working days?

to Greenbeen: Yes, I have. Actually I always note down all info on all accounts. However the one DOB don't match is the old account I registered since 2006-2007 just for fun. I was playing around because I didn't know much about ebay at that time. But after a few accounts were suspended recently and waiting for new bank account to be able to apply new ebay, I accidentally found that account on my note. So I used it to sell while waiting for the new account to be activated.

Hi

Send them the documents requested attached by email and after go chat online with ebay support and ask if it is possible for the professional you speak to to review it live.

It works very well for me. They review as you speak with them and your account is fine.

I went to live chat and the lady said she cannot access the email I sent the documents to. May be my case is not general case? because the date of birth doesn't match. She said she will escalate the case to that department and I should get respond within 48 hours.

Yes I am on UK ebay.

But the thing is, the email I got from them asked me to send documents to those email instead of the email you gave :(

I went to live chat and again they said they have to refer it to different department. So I will wait for 24-48 hours and will see if I got any respond from them. If no respond I will send to email you gave instead. Thank you so much for your advice anyway.

The email customer underscore help @ e bay dot com doesn't exist. I tried to send email to this email address but it's failed.
