The people behind the desk are usually the laziest and the worst for USPS. I have gone to about 20 different Post Offices in 10 cities here and they are terrible. Packages get lost in mail room. They leave them at the counter for somebody to rip off. I have had a 99% success rate dropping packages in those 24 hour machines. Normally some worker be grabs the right before then they head right out to the truck to take them to their next destination. I am also very picky about giving anything to my mail carrier. I have a rotating crew where I am at I only trust one of them.
