Your EIN has to be under the real info of someone who has signing authority for the LLC. If its a single member LLC then Adyen is going to still use your SSN for the 1099-K as the IRS requires...

If the LLC is a single member LLC that has not elected s-corp status then the SSN will be listed on the 1099-K.

VCC BIN# and bank IBAN are not the same thing. As long as the BIN and IBAN are not blacklisted by Paypal you should be good to go.

The issue is that platforms were technically abusing the rules more so then "stealth sellers" were abusing platforms TOS. Technically a stealth account on a platform like Ebay or Etsy is impossible...
