they were able to restore them but instead of variation listings they are all standard listings and he wants to group them back...

out of stock (strike)
buyer cancel (this is ok)
something wrong with address (this is ok)

if buyer wants to cancel order before you ship this...

authorize your stealth acct as a user
and if there any hijackers - report those sellers under brand registry acct?
