If it is opened in PayPal after two months, then eBay has nothing to do with it.

You can try signing out and in. use another browser . check back later

Two years ago, I created a UK ebay account and started selling very high risk items and it worked very well with no problem .
It is just a matter of luck.
Some people may get suspended and some not
