Has anyone ever used Ally bank as a payout? It's strange because it worked on my old stealth accounts but it isn't working on my new ones. It's saying "Sorry please try again later" thoughts?

Does the funds will not get paid out if it fails? If they are using a software or an automated system to verify it which often prone to errors there are cases where people with valid IDs get screwed...
