MC011 submitted ssn card instead of driver's license

I submitted ssn card instead of driver's license and got the permanent ban.

Called in like 10 times and finally was told by a US agent that it was due to my ID "not applicable".

My first etsy shop was banned.. I supplied my SSN to them - registered as an individual. Now when I registere again using LLC and they ask the last four digit of SSN, would the account be linked to...
