All of my dhl packages updated today.. Some that were sent sept 16th even updated. As far as ems 4 of my packages have made it to NY, one was sent to customs im assuming because it got here very early Sunday morning. My supplier tells me everything is back to normal.....for now.

Okay, so pretty much my supplier has finally answered. He looked into it and he said it's left China, but tracking hasn't updated. I'm not sure what's going on, but I think it's still in China. He has said he will resend the package soon if it doesn't arrive, though. Then if both arrive eventually I will pay him back for the one that has. Seems very fair to me. I will post if I get any updates, but so far still stuck with EMS.

This is the exact thing i just wrote, i think you misunderstand what i wrote, i know cn supplier are losing customers and getting pushed to sell more and more every day, i want people to understand the effort and also show some respect for dhl that have to work extra this week.

But the parcels are stuck there or what? In theory they should be on the road but I think it is not so..

My ems packages still show that but on USPS they are in the US and show they arrived in NY, not sure if you can check the tracking elsewhere like we can for US packages?

Normally when the parcels arrive on Italy I can track them on my national post..

My supplier says they have left China, but I think he is mistaken. I can track it on parcel force, but it doesn't say it's arrived in the UK, so I think it's in China still.

DHL all 3 weighing roughly 60lbs each. Sent 10 days ago, got them today.

only marking on the box is a "2" on the label with red marker

I have 2 parcels up to this stage now

Nothing dodgy in them and they're not big in size, and weight maybe a few KG at the most. My supplier will resend the first package posted on the 26th and see if that changes anything. Then if I get both I will pay him extra.

My DHL package still says information received for 12 days, when should I be panicking?

You shouldn't be. It will move eventually.

Orderd 29sept package was sent by UPS to The Netherlands and i received it yesterday 10th october

package send 30sept by DHL, now 10th october not even information received by DHL....

Also waiting for a DHL package sent on 27th sept looks like i will receive it in 3 days....it's on his way.

Are some still having problems? my supplier is shipping my my orders through dhl still but instead of them going through Hong Kong customs there using a different route, still mainland dhl and my orders are updating straight away. latest one 2 days ago it got sent and it's been processed already.

My ones stuck in HK customs from the 12th, 18th, 25th have all been updated and delivered.

I have two packages on the same update as you, haven't moved either. Not sure what's up with that.

His talking about DHL China. DHL hongkong is the one with problems.

Okay, but it seems like the whole of China has problems at the moment. Several of us using another customs have delays of 2 weeks+ with no updates.

SHENZHEN - CHINA, PEOPLES REPUBLIC.

Still using dhl and and no delays at all. getting picked up and arriving in about 3-5 days like it used to when going through Hong Kong. anyone placing any new orders get your supplier to send it this way for you and you will have no delays at all.

The problems with DHL were known but it seems they are solving ...

But now there are many people with EMS shipments stuck .... does anyone know for sure what is going on?

P.S. Anyone knows how to contact by email EMS? I don't find anything on their site..only phone's number

Okay, thanks. I'm not sure if my supplier can offer this, but I have asked him and will get a reply in around 12 hours for sure.

most of these sellers will try charge you extra for using shenzen as hong kong is cheaper for them to use.

I have offered to pay extra if he can do it. I would rather pay extra than wait a month for my order. My EMS packages are stuck for over 2 weeks now :( I hope he can use that customs port.

EMS is owned by china post which is owned by China gov. So Im pretty sure they are closed during the holiday. Again im just throwing this out there for all the folks with EMS problems. I could be wrong.

EMS don't work on holiday buddy. DHL does.

Mine: stuck on 'shipment information received' since 9th October not 15th October. I ordered clothes only. no brand.

My supplier says DHL is normal for EU and US parcels, but still have delays for Asia and the rest. If it's true, how come they hold it in Asia?
