Mine is shipped on the 13th with no movement until today, but it changed the date to 28th. Same tracking number and still shipment information received. Do you have any idea what happened?

Mean will start soon. Its ready for pass inspection and cross to Hong Kong.
Hope will pass before tomorrow, or will be delayed 5 days more because Chinese Holiday

My first package from 13th is still in clearance delay so after my seller resending a new package, dhl has processed it and it should be delivered by tuesday.

All packages are traveling. 17th picked up today, 20th picked up yesterday. Now i hoping they dont stuck on holidays time. I dont want to wait anymore..

BUT, the date information changed from 19th to Monday, September 29, 2014 , hope it will be picked up very soon

My parcel from 17th start....but just 1 of 4 cartons of this parcel....
If enter in DHL china, and track the parcels, will show how many cartons on the way

What is making things worse I believe is the riot / demonstration happening in Hong Kong right now. Thousands of protesters are shutting the roads down by standing in the streets.

This is preventing workers, like the custom workers at the checking facilities in DHL, etc... from getting to work and getting our packages moving.

Then after this, the long holiday in China is approaching...

Really bad situation.

My order was shipped September 20, and it was stuck at Shipment information received.
Today, September 29, it finally updated to Shipment picked up 04:56 PM.

Do you think I'll receive my package within two days? I live in Norway.

Nope one from 20th still not moved. Other one is here now though, supplier used a different agent.

I certainly hope so... shipper thinks before the holiday there form 1st so fingers crossed!

I have 3 shipments ongoing. First was sent out 14th September, 2nd shipment was sent out 19th September, none of them are picked up by DHL yet.
3rd shipment was sent by EUEXP, sent out 25th September goes via UK.
Little more expensive and little longer lead time, but it will not have any problems with customs, and they say I don't have to pay any tax or similar fees.

My order That was shipped on the 17th finally updated last night. Already in the states. Should be here by Tomorrow or Wednesday

my original package from the 13th has finally been cleared and processed after clearance delay of 2 weeks. So now I'm getting 2 packages since my supplier sent another one. Hope everyone else is getting good news!

Hi Everyone. An Order that I placed on September 19th finally got picked up today from DHL, and is now progressing through the system. Will give a further Tracking updates later on. :)

Good to see that many parcels are moving, but not mine... yet.
Last working day in China and HK tomorrow.
I guess this will be one of the most critical days during this year.
After tomorrow the silence week begins.
I keep my fingers crossed for everyone during tomorrow.

I find it incredible the amount of holidays China has every year. You always hear propaganda about how the Chinese people are slaving away everyday of the year and never have a day off, but they seem to get much more time off than Europeans and Americans. (At least in the UK media)

I can't believe they just go into stand still when they have their holidays. It seems nothing moves. It's bad enough having a bank holiday in the UK, let alone a whole week every few months which it seems to be.

I hope everyone gets their packages soon. I'm waiting for mine via EMS, which sadly takes a long time to get here too.

Yes, they have too many bl**dy holidays.

The UK or USA do not have this many holidays.

Still shipment info received with mine, shipped from 13th, moved date to 28th. Hope it can hurry for today last day before holiday. Don't want to wait another week. Getting frustrating!

Mine is still showing " Shipment Information Received" also from the 13th! No batteries, or brand items. Just cheap phone cases off brand.

It's afternoon now in Asia, guess we'll wait for one week again after holiday's end. But still fingers crossed. I know DHL works even in midnight.

My parcel arrived today, it was shipped on the 17th & stuck on shipment information received until the 29th of September so it took a day to get here after it was picked up, crazy fast!

I'm going to wait until after the Chinese holiday now to order again.

One of my parcel which was sent on 15th September is finally picked up by dhl after more than 2 weeks. :)

yes, like you said, I agree.
But you must know, the common workers (the ones support all in every country), they work all month and have some 1, some 2 days free in this period.
Yes, seem they have a lot of holiday, because they rest while all the world is working. But if sum the days they work per year, sure is more than normal.
National day: Official places like schools, take 7 days (buy they was teaching las saturday and sunday for exchange the days).
Markets have 2 days free.
DHL take 5. And I understand it affect all the world, even more after the problem they have in Custom.
People around the world, feel chinese are on holiday, when they need chineses working. But when they dont need (weekend), can not feel the chinese people are working.
Totally understandable your feeling, specially in this days.
My thinking is DHL MUST work from 3rd, because so many parcel delayed.... but....they take 5 days. DHL dont care of this problem. They know how strong they are....feel sorry.

Notice:
If your parcel have several cartons, better enter to DHL on "www dot cn dot dhl dot com" and track there (replace dot for the sign.)
In the chinese website of DHL, will show if all the cartons of your parcel are moving, or just a part of them.
dhl.com dont show details of cartons.
I your parcel is just 1 carton, will see the same information in both.

I think workers in China works many hours per day, also I think you wouldn't say that if you will get Chineese worker salary.

I have a trusted supplier who is now going to EMS, instead of DHL.

There is an almighty long backlog now. It is effecting people and business worldwide.

I am sorry, but this is just unacceptable.

We use trusted sources also but last ems we used got stuck in hk for 2months so we always use dhl after that, after this i think fedex or ups will be our main goal to use.
