Mine from 24th is moving but one from 20th still waiting, supplier said he used two different agents and that could be why.

I've told my supplier if the tracking doesn't change at all in the next 3-5 days I want a refund & ill re order again. It seems orders placed in the last few days are moving.

I've always ordered off this supplier & I do trust them. It's just getting annoying being told to wait another 1-2 days.

I think yours will probably be picked up on Monday Nat, if it does not i would be very surprised then i would deffo see about getting them to resend.

My supplier said if I don't receive the package she will give me a full refund. Wonder when all this will end :(

DHL have also allegedly told her if the package is in HongKong which mine currently is, they will ship before china holiday. Here's hoping..

All mine are moving now.

Have a parcel with EMS too (first time in years) and that has left without any issues also.

You can decide as you want, but, be sure is not fault of your supplier.
He cant refund money because in this case, you will receive 2 times the parcel.
I understand you, and i am in the same situation, but nothing can do.
If DHL dont declare the tarcel as LOST, they will not refund money.
I sent a parcel on 2. On 12, DHL say the parcel is lost and allow to buy again the goods. On 14th, they found the parcel and now, they will not refund the money i waste for replace the goods....

I've been told they are trying to make sure all parcels leave before Monday. Fingers crossed for you.

Mine was shipped on the 17th so hopefully I see some movement over the next couple of days. It's only a small order as well which makes waiting even more frustrating.

My seller just told me its held up in customs so they're going to cancel the order and send me another package. I hope that at least goes through.

8 packages from September 11 are stuck somewhere at HK customs. All i can see is Shipment Information Received.

Just now, DHL agent inform me the calendar for delivery.
1 to 5 will not collect goods.
Start again 6-7 and for 8th all DHL deals will be normal as before.

My parcel of 23, already on the way. Start fly from HK

PARCELS OF 17 and 18 still stucked.

My supplier shipped last week and today it's in Ohio, it was in customs but it was through Shenzhen, he knew what was going on in hk customs
so he choose that route, plus he paid extra to the shipping company to make sure there are no delays from customs either.
Items were a bit risky as well.

Best of luck to other community members

It's always better to buy from a supplier who is well experienced from years of practice, keep in mind their prices are a bit higher from market, but it's the price you pay to go to sleep at night

Its g8 to get it out of hk after 3weeks now sitting on a f**king run way in (England) my supplier wreckens it 7-10 days before this is fixed. Yes she was spot one her movement times .
hope this helps peps if you got stuff that you don't like sitting to long don't worry it still coming through

On 17th still stuck, on 20th picked up. Maybe i have to contact my suplier and say that he resend package which was send out on 17th?

Mines still stuck on shipment information received from the 17th. I've asked my supplier could she pick up the parcel & resend it.

She put "yes friend, today I urgent dhl. and now is china national days. i think I resend to you by EMS after holiday ok?"

Then after that she put "now dhl too strict can't ship out, we can just check new message after china national days, now all package we ship by EMS"

She then said "I think DHL will normal after holiday. DHL can't always have problem, just strict a little"

Seems like some on here are getting movement with DHL though if its been ordered quite recently. To say I'm confused is an understatement!

This morning i have stucked 17 and 18
Now, 17th already on the way
mean they are moving even Sunday.

Just wait a little more. Your supplier dot bring you right news.
All is moving now, and DHL said on 8th all will be normal again. But while, they are working to take out all before 30th. and will re-start on 6th after holiday.

I am being patient thanks. Its been nearly 2 weeks. I just have the right to ask for an update when it's my money! I trust my supplier 100%, I'm just keeping everyone updated!

Yes I do trust my supplier. I have ordered off them a lot & i have never had a problem. I just like to be updated as to what's going on that's all which is understandable :) thanks for your help!

Hi.
Because China National Day is on wednesday 1st, and any Agent will work till 6th, just can send tomorrow 29th if want send before holiday.
What happen?...Because this days, all deliverys in China was stucked, the posibility of a parcel sent on 29th, for arrive HK and start, is really very little.

I suggest you, wait for send next monday 6th. Send on 29th, is just a risk for lost the parcel or just go to a warehouse till 6th o more.

I understand your situation, but, I am also envolved in this problem, and looking the things very close, I decide bring vacation to my workers till next sunday. No sense to buy if can not send or send under big risk.
Jusr sau sorry to clients and invite to read news about the problem. I also hope they understand. Nothing more to do.

For me, DHL and UPS are the most fast and acceptable price and service.
EMS work in some countries with Post Office, and it make delay the delivery.

1 arrived yesterday.4 parcels are still stuck, 2 were sent on 26th sept, other 2 were sent 15 September and 24th September. :(

My package sent 13-14.09 from China by HK DHL already in Germany, will get it tomorrow.

One of my shipments from 24th hit Germany today be in the country tomorrow. Other from 20th still info received.

My package was send on september 12! Until yesterday no movement.

Today I received a new tracking number from him, just checked and DHL Hong Kong received it yesterday and today it's already in Amsterdam!!! Tomorrow it will be delivered.
