If you set your flag it will make it a lot easier to see where you are from
Are these items branded at all?
Is it possible the value was under declared?
They are the 2 main reasons for customs getting involved

Don't know I don't think they would be bonded items. All they are is like cheap handheld game console things from DHgate. Should I call the agent or chop it up as a lost. If it was DVDs I would never ask lol
and flag

You bought them so you must know if they are meant to be branded or not...
If its just meant to be a generic handheld game then I would talk to the agent. Chances are they have been undeclared to save the exporter fees that they are charged in China

^^ Definitely not illegal to import generics.
The package may have been under-declared or the packing list may have fallen off in transit. Both would be valid reasons for a seizure if the shipment wasn't illegal goods. If DHL isn't able to help you, you should be getting a certified letter from customs in the coming days telling you who you can contact.

Could be because it is a holiday. Regardless, the certified letter will have at least an office telephone number where you will be able to reach someone.

I wish you the best!
For what it's worth, I think you'll be able to retrieve your order after you jump through some hoops.

You may well need to pay the actual import taxes on the goods if they have decided that they have been under declared
Depending on the value of the good that could easily be $100's

Don't worry OP. It would have to be a massive order to cost $100's in taxes. You said "some", so I'm assuming we're talking about a relatively small order. When my supplier declares a value of $500usd, I pay right around $40 in taxes. Over half of the $40 is DHL's "deferment fee" for paying the taxes for me when the package came through customs. So the tax for bringing a $500 order into USA is about $14.
Now if it actually does happen do be under-declared, there's no telling what number customs would calculate as the actual value. Hopefully they don't say it's worth thousands.

Counterfeit PSPs are popular and heavily flagged. If you provided your address for shipment, you address might be flagged by customs for future deliveries so be aware.

Yeah I used my address. Not the first time I've had stuff seized but I figure importing handheld game consoles would be not something that would get seized. The seller is trying to get me to agree for me to reship the item when I used to import stuff before usually it would get seized before leaving China and sellers would reship item. But the seller has been very rude and nasty so should I just ask for a refund don't want him to send me an empty box

You have been caught doing this before and you carry on doing it?....
You can usually expect a letter from customs when you look to be a repeat offender. They may well take action against you
Importing handheld games consoles is fine. Importing ⊗⊗⊗⊗ PSPs is not, and I get the feeling that you knew exactly what you were importing
Why exactly would you expect the seller to give you a refund? You imported dodgy gear and you got caught

Just about every listing on DHGate has fine print saying "seller is not responsible for customs clearance" or something similar. If you get something seized then that's on you.
It was not a good idea using the same name and address as you have on a previous seized shipment. That could be the reason your order got opened this time. Customs keeps a log of offenders and they have been known to block shipments destined for blacklisted addresses. There's one guy I sell to who used to import all his stuff from China, but he's now forced to buy from me because anything he tries to import gets seized.

To me they don't really look like PSPs other than the shape they are called pxp... and secondly I've never used this address before was living somewhere else

I just looked these up and they do in fact look "like" a PSP....the fact that they even "sort of" look like a PSP AND are named almost the same "PXP" is enough for customs to hold them. Don't count on getting these back, move on to something else.

Going to be destroyed.
Get a new supplier and be more careful next time.
Do not trust your Chinese friend with purchases.
