It is still possible to create [stealth] Paypal accounts, but much harder than before. I managed recently to create some of them without...

That's a very good question.
Following the Paypal logic, I guess you will have the option to sell your crypto there for FIAT and after 180 days you will be able* to withdraw.

If you are account is in performing very well, they will not necessary ask for docs.
I have some old accounts that have never been asked to provide any document, while I have that have been limited...
