I believe is huge risk of suspension too.

But i read you can change the details, but probablly it should be bussines account.

I never buy old account, is it worth to try it?

You need to change all details, name, email, phone number, add new bank account.

I believe it's hard to do it without suspension,...

I get feedback around 5% of the total sales, if you sold 100 items around 5 people leave feedback.

And if something does not fit, longer delivery time, they leave negative feedback immidiatelly,...
