my package has been updated 16.09 there time my supplier reckons orders from 11th till 15th should be moved on today hope mine on a flight today

My order from 18th has changed to processed at Hong Kong, order from 12th still stuck though

I spoke to my suppliers and they said that it can take one more week for parcels to update. :(

I know haha! it's my main order though so worked out well. It's changed again to departed facility in Hong Kong.

I have 2 parcels at DHL still in HK from send out date 11 sept and 14 sept

Last friday 19 sept was send 1 package by FEDEX and now it's picked up estamate delivery on Friday to the Netherlands.

My choice is EMS now, but my suppliers tell me DHL will be shipped within 1 ore 2 days.

Just some information instead of only reading this topic :)

I am having this issue too, shipment stuck on shipment info received and that was on September 20, it has batteries in the product. Wondering how long it is gonna take?? This is a real let down. I am out of stock! :(

Mines still stuck on shipment information received. It was shipped on the 17th. My supplier said "it will update within 48hours sorry this time china custom check so strict so it delay hope you can understanding it thanks!"

Similar to what my supplier has said... i guess all we can do is wait.

Here is a response I got from my trading agent in Shenzhen,

Shipping crisis at Shenzhen to hong kong is very serious. The central goverment sent a team to Shenzhen customs and found a lot of smug and bribery cases was also found with more than 300 customs official involved in. Due to the goods both is have relation with intellectual property , so they are only could be shipped by hong kong Dhl. But Shenzhen customs now is strictly check each parcel to hong kong and it will hold the goods once it was Found any wrong with the goods. So I have to stop the shipment until the situation goes better!

Yeah apparently he rang DHL & my tracking should update in 48 hours. At least we know everyone else is having the same problem & it isn't just our supplier telling fibs haha!

I hope this all goes back to normal soon. doh... i would of purchased more stock if i knew this was coming and now i am losing almost £1000 a day in sales. I feel sick.

It will all go back to normal in the next few days I'm sure :) all these delays can't last forever! Keep me updated as to what your tracking says :) x

Have the same problem. Dont forget that from oct 1 to 5 th is national China festival, so buy, buy, buy it's just a remember. :)

Update from my supplier:

"Hi xxx, this morning DHL agency told us that packages picked at 12th Sep already pass the port of customs.
We estimate there must be update within this week.,

Best regards,. xxx"

Looks like the wait will end soon. Let's keep our fingers crossed

So just to check only DHL are effected? Got a EMS parcel coming but was only shipped on the 20/9

I have been experiencing the same thing. I believe UPS is not having as long delays as DHL maybe you could try them out. My package shipped" 9/18 but only today has shown progress. Also another package from 9/18 has just started showing progress today via UPS. Hope this helps, good luck!

Thanks will have a look!haven't tried UPS to Australia yet. I'm being suggested EMS. I think FedEx uses HK port too! In the past EMS hasn't really been "express"!

My parcel was send on 18th and the tracking number hasn't showed any update yet.
It is really frustrating.

There aren't updates for me...Today the two parcels of 12 September are still stuck on "Shipment information received"...

Mine from the 17th is still stuck on shipment information received. It's getting annoying now but I suppose there's nothing we can do but wait.

Just been told by my seller that it will be another 2-3 days before movement my packages were shipped on the 13th

spoke to my supplier and he has told me today that,

"DHl are negotiating with the government" and there will be an outcome tomorrow. If its ok, then shipments will return to normal if they dont come to a solution then delays could last and packages sent with batteries could be checked one by one until December....

I have to face the consequences that I went on vacation and was forced to dropship several packages, which i am now suffering for!

I really hope that they will come to an agreement. 3 months wait is unacceptable.

This has nothing to do with just batteries goods i am afraid, it is all goods. Delays are for every product.

My order from 09.12 yesterday has been updated to 2014.09.23 16:09 (GMT-7): Shipment information received , but nothing changed by today.
That's really annoying :(

This as all to do with corruption with in customs i was on the phone yesturday to dhl and they tried to tell me it was my supplier when i pushed more at her and told her there is hundreds of people have the same problem she then admited there was a problem and should be fixed soon. she then told me my parcel was due to be picked up well guess what there still full of **** the same old crap.:violin:

Sent to fedex friday 09-19
Picked up Thuesday 09-23
Left fedex origin facility ShenZhen CN 09-24

Looks like this package is moving.... DHL still no updates.

My supplier just gave me a new tracking number for my package. He picked it up from customs and resent it. Its been stuck since the 13th.

Its true.. Messed up a bunch of my orders.. Had to change them to EMS.
