They advertise now that they offer actual tracking, and not just Confirmation anymore.

It's still not reliable, as many employees at sort facilities don't scan everything.

I'm not sure whether it reboots or not when you change MAC. But a regular reboot via Router Settings generally takes a 1-3 minutes. I'd say it doesn't reboot.
