i use same paypal on all ebay accounts i create to accept payments for the last 7 years.
Never had an issue.

Just don't ever "link" the paypal account.

I have been reading alot about VPN's and i won't go down that route in my personal experience.
I would never consider using it with paypal or ebay anymore as they will put a flag on your account...

Starting from scratch is never a guarantee anyway, ebay is totally unpredictable and can get MC011 at any time and any point.
Ive seen it happened to so many accounts almost all of them new created...

Even if you have totally legit invoices, they will more than likely ban you.
Or cut your limits to 0.00 and turn your account into a buying...

Just go to help support > type register a new ebay account > then click call them.
Tell them you have been restricted and it said you have to ring them up and they will...

Paypal hate VPN/proxies.
It can cause so many problems withdrawing/limitations.

I always use a real IP, just simply take out a rolling 4Gee 50gb contract for £32.00 p/m then...

If they ask for documents, don't even bother.

Its best to remain restricted rather than no longer registered user.
