I've only seen reuse of banks accounts available on PayPal after years of not using an account. It will generally say this account is already associated with another PayPal account.

That makes sense. Card machines only ask for numbers from the post code and first line of the address to verify a card.

Not sure about the Mac user thing but I'm assuming it's similar to separate Windows accounts.

You shouldn't have any problems adding a bank account at any time with a new or old PayPal account.

I would just ignore them personally. They can't open a case with eBay or PayPal. I thought the PayPal 180 day claim window was to allow for chargebacks. Don't worry about it.

The commissions aren't actually too bad (around 5%) in my category. Considering some businesses operate on a 5-10% profit margin.
It's just very tricky finding a niche that will attract enough...

Clothes are the highest returned item. You will need to allow for many things not fitting if you sell them. It could be the fit itself and not the size.

This is quite a common limitation based on their algorithms. I've gotten around it before by sending a few small safe transactions, waiting a few days and then trying again.
