Dropshipping is possible, but only through wholesalers. You also must follow Amazon's rules on dropshipping. Using another retailer/ecommerce site is a recipe for disaster.

I had the same issue on an account, did what they asked and they kept my 8k. It's a lot of money so maybe someone can point you in the right direction, but you might have to consider writing it off...
